Throughout history, women have faced significant barriers to achieving equal rights and opportunities, but thanks to the courage and resilience of countless individuals and movements, significant strides have been made towards gender parity. This month-long celebration serves as a reminder of the ongoing struggle for women's rights and highlights the importance of continuing to work towards a more just and equitable society for all genders. It also serves as an opportunity to celebrate the achievements and accomplishments of women in various fields, from science and politics to business and the arts.

Valentine's Day when we hear this, we already know that this is a special occasion that celebrates love and affection. This occasion is celebrated only once a year which is every 14th day of February. Many people recognize this day by giving gifts to their loved ones, such as flowers and chocolates, and more. However, Valentine's Day is not only reserved for couples. Some people take this opportunity to show appreciation for their friends or family members. Which means that valentine's day is where we can express our love and gratitude towards those who are important in our lives. Even though there aren't many events this valentine's day, I'm still happy because I'm with my family to celebrate this holiday.

Kannawidan is an annual festival in Vigan, Philippines, celebrated once a year in late January or early February. It showcases the city's unique cultural heritage, including street dancing, parades, concerts, and local cuisine. There are also vendors selling handwoven textiles, woodcarvings, furniture and pottery. It's a must-see event that attracts both locals and tourists, and I hope you get the chance to experience the vibrant and exciting atmosphere of Kannawidan in person!

Hello, this quarter was definitely a rollercoaster ride filled with enjoyable moments, new discoveries, and invaluable knowledge. Although, it's undeniable that the quarter was also challenging, with tests, projects, and other obstacles to overcome. But, despite it all, I'm proud to say that I have successfully navigated through these challenges and came out stronger. Overall, I'm grateful for the experiences and lessons I've gained this quarter

       Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Wrysen Josh Alasaas and I am a 10th grade student at Ilocos Sur National High School. The purpose of this essay is to share my experience at the Vigan Festival. It was a great experience as after two years, I was finally able to attend the festival again. In the morning, I watched the food cooking contest with my friends and took some pictures. In the noon, the Longganisa Festival began where every school in Vigan participated with musicians and dancers. All of the schools had great performances which gave me goosebumps. In 2022 Christmas is one of my best experience in all the years because we celebrate the Christmas with my mother after 5 years and we celebrate my grandmother birthday in December 24 there a lot of games that we play but I didn't win any price but still I'm enjoying the Christmas.

I'm here to share with you what happened when we celebrate the new year in Abra. On the 31st day in Abra, my mother and my auntie started preparing food like graham and more sweet food at 11 pm we started taking pictures for remembrance and at 11:59 we started our countdown then when it is 12 pm we all jump while saying happy new year everyone and making noise we fire some firework to and at exactly 12:30 we started eating the food that my mother and my auntie prepared all the food are delicious and I can't deny that I did not enjoy the new year celebration. that's all thank you for reading my small story.
