Looking back on the past quarter, I feel proud of the challenges I have overcome and the progress I have made. Despite the difficulties, I persevered and learned a lot along the way. I am determined to continue pushing myself until the end, and I am excited to see what the future holds. With each passing quarter, I am becoming more confident in my abilities and more aware of my strengths and weaknesses. I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences that have come my way, and I am committed to continuing to learn and grow.

Semana Santa, also known as "Holy Week," is a significant religious observance for Christians around the world. In the Philippines, we call it "Mahal na Araw." The Holy Week lasts for six days, starting on Palm Sunday and ending on Holy Saturday followed by Easter Sunday . In 2023, it was celebrated from April 2 to April 8. Filipinos attend Mass regularly during Holy Week, particularly on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday. On Good Friday, Filipino Catholics and some other Christian denominations abstain from eating meat. Overall, Holy Week is a time for reflection, penance, and spiritual renewal for Christians, as they commemorate the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and his resurrection on Easter Sunday.

High School Day is a highly anticipated occasion by the students in our school, as it only takes place once a year. One of the main highlights of the event is the dance performances by each grade level. The 10th-grade students showcase their talent by performing a hip-hop dance, which never fails to impress the crowd. On the other hand, the 9th-grade students perform a traditional dance, highlighting the rich culture and traditions of Vigan City. Additionally, some students collaborate to perform "galaw Pilipinas," a calisthenics routine, and parade around the school. Some students also participate in the games organized by the teachers. High School Day provides an opportunity to have fun, create memories, and socialize with friends and classmates while enjoying various events and activities held in the school
